Room 3 is the only bedroom that has double bed only, therefore slightly smaller than the others, however, it is a pretty bedroom with a beautiful wet room and roll top bath and heated towel rail. Switches on the bottom. This is only room with private bathroom (and bath). Complimentary small bath and shower gel supplied.
Mirror above wash-hand basin has a shaver point/electronic toothbrush point to the right, under a flap. Pull cord for bathroom light to mirror. Spotlights in bathroom, come on automatically when walking into the room. Censored lighting. Bins provided in both rooms and small bin for sanitary disposal.
From the bed one can see views of the hills of Plymouth. It is a peaceful room, set at the back of the house. The only front bedroom (Room 1) has triple glazing therefore is quiet also when the sliders are shut.
In Room 3 there is a 24” TV with DVD built in and bedside table/desk and chair. On desk is a complimentary tray of tea/coffee and a kettle and in Summer fans are supplied. There are two bedside cabinets and two lamps with usb switches integrated in the base. There is a chest of drawers, stool and a hanging space for clothes. Modern designed furniture. Supplied is a hairdryer and clock radio.
