ROOM 1 has a single and double bed in it and a large mirror behind the crushed grey velvet headboards. The cost differs for a single bed occupancy to a double bed. Please telephone and inform us which you would prefer. If extra bed used there will be a charge for this, if it has not been specified when booking, therefore please use exact bed you booked as there will be a charge. This is the same rule whichever room you reserve.
Room 1 is located in the front of the Guest House however it has a sliding window, which makes it triple glazed and when slider is across one cannot hear traffic or rain.
Ceiling is prettily decorated with a ceiling rose and a fan light, also in Summer, if required, there are small usb fans and a larger fan on request.
ALL rooms are en suite. The en suite in this room has been designed to look like a wardrobe. (We came across this idea from being shown luxury timeshares in Tenerife and decided to copy this idea into two of our rooms, ie Room 1 and Room 2.) It is very ‘quirky’ and we have had Customers video this to emulate in their own homes. There are small complimentary shower/shampoo gels and a spare toilet roll in cabinet. Towel hook and shaver point.
There are two bedside lamps and one on dressing table, where you will find a complimentary tea tray and kettle. If you have a certain favourite tea ie Earl Grey, or whatever, please feel free to ask. We will try our utmost to accommodate the needs of our Customers. Also supplied is a hairdryer, and bedside clock. Wardrobe located by window with ample hangers. Towels are also supplied.
Above the desk is a white flat screen TV with freeview.
This room has a lovely view of Central Park. Central Park is one of the most popular and biggest Parks in Plymouth.
